This bench does exactly what it is supposed to do: it provides a relatively comfortable seat and does not take up a lot of space. The bench tucks away beneath the keyboard when not in use. I used to use a kitchen chair at the keyboard and this is much better. It is easily adjusted so that almost any size person can sit comfortably. I also use it for the occasional time I play my guitar and it works well for that also. All in all, it was a good purchase. The Amazon price was very fair.

I bought this bench for my studio/music room and I love it. It's very comfortable and I love how it folds up easily and compactly. The cushion is thick and the construction seems simple, durable and rugged. They look pretty sharp and it gives my music room the appearance of a dedicated all-about-business music room, more so than the chairs I used to have. I'm about to buy two more because they are perfect for playing an instrument while sitting.
