Ordered this for a student who I'm teaching. He has an Ibanez ARX 320 and this case is a nice snug fit. You can find out if your guitar will fit by going to the SKB web site ([...]). The standard Ibanez case is heavier and doesn't seem to be as robust. Although the picture on Amazon doesn't show it, the case now comes with the TSA-approved latches.

I purchased this case to hold a Washburn WI45. It fits great and the case seems very durable and light weight. The interior is well padded to protect the guitar and the latches are robust. Storage is limited but I put a small tuner, capo, and my rolled up leather strap in the case with no problem. Cables will need to ride somewhere else.

After days of researching i finally chose the SKB 56 molded hardshell guitar case for our grandson's Epiphone LP Special ll Electric Guitar...and even his hard to please dad was impressed with all of its plus+ features. Its sturdy and well made, reasonably priced, looks better than most in its price range and the reinforced latches are truly superior. I feel confident this case will serve our grandson well over the years. :)

LP fits perfectly, and still have storage space behind where the neck would rest. It doesnt mess with the guitar tunning at all. The case is strong, providing good protection for the guitar. The locking system is very simple, nothing fancy. Good case. Fast shipment.
Problems: a little bit heavy (empty). Tiny scratches here and there.

I have Schecter guitars, I use this case on a Spitfire from the aviation series form about 2-3 years back..it fits perfectly. It's a hard case obviously, but the molding of it just makes it seem even more durable, and the clasps...I LOVE them, 75% of the reason I love this case is because of the clasps. they arent the cheap metal ones you have to fold up then lay over another metal piece then fold down ..where when I try that I miss half the time and wast time when I'm in a rush to set up and tear down for gigs. If you have a guitar center near you and are looking for a case , bring your guitar and try this case model ..if it fits...order it online , you won't regret it. I just bought another Schecter online today, when it comes in , if it fits this case I'll be buying another one.
