This is the best stand to get if you need one while traveling. It folds up and stashes easily. Guitars are less likely to tip forward with this one. This stand very well constructed with solid feet. Because it only holds at the bottom, my guitars lean back further and take more floor space than with other stands.

This is a very solid stand for very little money. I almost did not buy it because of the negative reviews. Pay no attention. My tele does not lean back excessively as described in the negative reviews; does not sit too close to the floor; and the criticism that the guitar might collect too much dust is just plain stupid. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. This is a well made stand. I cannot speak for the other models from Onstage of this type but I am sure they are just as good as this early model of an Onstage aframe guitar stand.

This stand is sturdy, safe, and well built. It does exactly what it should and won't harm your guitar. I recommend it over cheaper stands that might not be as sturdy.

This stand holds an acoustic guitar safely by using a greater tilt back angle than others I have purchased. Some leave a guitar sitting nearly verticle; allowing the instrument to fall forward at the least little bump or vibration. Its wide footprint and "hooked" cradle increase its stability. I'm currently using several.

I agree with one of the previous reviews that there is a design flaw in this product related to how far back the guitar leans when placed in the stand. Forget about placing this thing anywhere near a wall. Otherwise, it appears to be solid and quite portable.
